Do I have to be a permanent Florida resident to be seen?

Definitely not! Here in Southwest Florida, we have many tourists and seasonal residents.

-We are open to seeing seasonal Medicare patients for their primary care needs. Establishing care here in addition to “home” is recommended and covered by Medicare.

What is a Wellness Membership and what does it include?

It is exactly as it sounds. It is a monthly membership fee for 24/7/365 direct access to your healthcare provider. Think Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime membership…but for your health and wellness. It is a fee billed monthly.

The monthly membership fee includes visits in person and via telehealth. You will have access to labs and radiology tests if needed, you can pay the cash rate or you are welcome to use your health insurance for these services if you prefer- you can decide which is most cost-effective for you.

What is NOT included in the Wellness Membership?

Hospital admissions, surgeries, OB care, cancer care, end-stage organ failure, fractures, lacerations, chronic pain management, or specialty care. In addition, bipolar disorder, suicidal behavior, addiction, alcoholism, and ADD/ADHD patients are recommended to have a psychiatrist for these conditions.
