New Patient Visit- This is considered a complex visit. Establishing care with the practice, reviewing previous care, diagnoses, medication review, and ordering appropriate tests. This visit can be performed virtually or in person.

Physicals for school, pre-employment and sports- This is not the same thing as an annual physical or a well-child check. This is for pre-employment, employment, sports, and camp physicals. During this visit be sure to bring any required forms that you need. **We do not perform lift tests or drug testing.

PLEASE NOTE:

We DO NOT refill or prescribe ADD/ADHD stimulant medications. Due to state mandates, we recommend psychiatry for this service.

We DO NOT refill or prescribe any controlled pain medications as we cannot manage chronic pain.

We DO NOT refill any controlled medications for patients who are not established with our clinic.
